And We’re Back!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks over Christmas and New Years but we’re back on track and ready for our first update!

Here were the results from our first weigh-in:
Linda weighed in at 244 Lbs. Her goal is to lose 10% of her body weight which is 24 Lbs bringing her to a total end weight of 222 Lbs.
Tanya weighed in at 193 Lbs. Her goal is also to lose 10% of her body weight which is 19 Lbs bringing her to a total end weight of 168 Lbs.

Here is our progress so far

You can see here that so far Linda has lost 4 pounds bringing her total weight to 240.Tanya has lost almost 5 pounds bringing her total weight to just over 188.

The Challenge Rules

Let the Challenge begin!

Let’s get the rules down now. 

  • First weigh-in is done this Monday December 19, within one hour of waking up and submitted within 24 hours. 
  • Subsequent weigh-ins will happen every following Thursday and Monday. Missing a weigh-in result in a loss of 3 points. 
  • Losing one pound at weigh-in wins you 10 points.
  • Each week, sticking with a health challenge can earn you an extra 5 points. 
  • The challenge is 13 weeks in total, with each losing 10% of total weight
  • There will be a halfway winner with prize and a final winner with a grand prize. 
  • The winner is determined based on total points
