- First weigh-in is done this Monday December 19, within one hour of waking up and submitted within 24 hours.
- Subsequent weigh-ins will happen every following Thursday and Monday. Missing a weigh-in result in a loss of 3 points.
- Losing one pound at weigh-in wins you 10 points.
- Each week, sticking with a health challenge can earn you an extra 5 points.
- The challenge is 13 weeks in total, with each losing 10% of total weight
- There will be a halfway winner with prize and a final winner with a grand prize.
- The winner is determined based on total points
