The Challenge Rules

Let the Challenge begin!

Let’s get the rules down now. 

  • First weigh-in is done this Monday December 19, within one hour of waking up and submitted within 24 hours. 
  • Subsequent weigh-ins will happen every following Thursday and Monday. Missing a weigh-in result in a loss of 3 points. 
  • Losing one pound at weigh-in wins you 10 points.
  • Each week, sticking with a health challenge can earn you an extra 5 points. 
  • The challenge is 13 weeks in total, with each losing 10% of total weight
  • There will be a halfway winner with prize and a final winner with a grand prize. 
  • The winner is determined based on total points

    1. I’m trying to set up a poll type page where you can enter the information each Monday and Thursday and it will automatically create a graph but I’m having a hard time with it. For now, you can message me here and I’ll update it. I’ll do the first one now!

  1. It doesn’t seem to work for me Tanya. If I type in check in I get a page with you doing a yoga pose on a rock and none of the buttons work.
